This training uses scenario-based practice to help employees strengthen prioritization and workflow management skills using the Eisenhower Matrix and time-blocking strategies, to support a targeted 15% reduction in task delays.

Process
This project followed an iterative ADDIE-based design process that incorporated continuous feedback and revision throughout storyboarding and prototyping to refine learner flow, usability, accessibility, interaction design, and visual consistency.
Level 2 Evaluation
Learners complete ungraded scenario-based knowledge checks throughout the module and a final graded assessment designed with a 75% passing score required for completion.
Level 3 Evaluation
Training effectiveness will be evaluated through baseline workplace performance indicators collected prior to training. Additional evaluation measures include employee surveys conducted 30 days after implementation, follow-up manager feedback collected at 60 days, and quarterly manager and employee surveys designed to measure sustained improvements over time.
