I’m drawn to instructional design because it allows me to combine creativity, problem solving, and learner-centered thinking to create engaging, accessible, and purposeful learning experiences. My work focuses on instructional strategy, accessibility, learner engagement, and real-world application.

I have extensive experience collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and diverse adult audiences to translate complex information into clear, approachable, and actionable learning experiences. Working across a variety of topics and environments has strengthened my adaptability, communication skills, and ability to quickly learn new content, technologies, and workflows while designing training that balances clarity, usability, engagement, and instructional effectiveness.
