Hello!
I’m drawn to instructional design because it allows me to combine creativity, problem solving, and human-centered thinking to create learning experiences that feel engaging, approachable, and purposeful. My work is grounded in instructional strategy, accessibility, and evidence-based learning practices that support meaningful learner engagement and real-world application.
I especially enjoy collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and incorporating stakeholder and learner feedback throughout the design process. My experience working with diverse adult learners and SMEs has strengthened my ability to break down complex ideas into learning experiences that feel clear, supportive, and manageable without losing depth or relevance.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, practicing Pilates and yoga, reading, travel, and volunteering with adult English language learners as they build confidence and adjust to life in a new culture.
I appreciate the opportunity to share my work and would welcome the chance to connect and discuss future learning and design opportunities.
